Cody Collazo MSN,CPNP-PC,MPH
Is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2011.
She worked as a pediatric registered nurse both in the U.S. and in Central America for five years before obtaining her graduate education. Cody obtained her Master of Nursing and Masters of Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University in 2017. Since that time, she has enjoyed working in both Pediatric Primary Care and Pediatric Urgent Care settings. Cody lives with her husband, Jose, and her two young children in Catonsville, MD. She spends her free time playing with her kids, exploring local trails with her family, and tending to her prolific home garden.
