HoCo Peds will utilize a variety of sources to alert our families of any changes to our regular schedule due to inclement weather. We continue to use our FaceBook Page, Instagram Feed, and Website Alerts to give information on our status.

There will typically be an initial status posted by 7 am, and we will provide updates throughout the day as the weather dictates. Our phone message will also alert you as to our status related to any potential late openings or early closings. 

When we do close early or open late, all affected appointments will be automatically canceled. Once we determine our adjust schedule, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

Please remember not to send urgent portal messages when the office is closed.  Rather call our regular number and select the appropriate option to be connected to our after hours nurse triage service for appropriate advice.
