HoCo Peds will utilize Website Alerts and our phone greeting to alert our families of any changes to our regular schedule due to inclement weather.
There will typically be an initial status posted by 7 am, and we will provide updates throughout the day as the weather dictates.
When we do close early or open late, all affected appointments will be automatically canceled. Once we determine our adjusted schedule, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
Please remember not to send urgent portal messages when the office is closed. Rather call our regular number and select the appropriate option to be connected to our regular staff or
after hours triage partner for appropriate advice.
